I stayed here with my partner at the start of November last year (2023), and from stepping into the front entry it was so quiet and clean. The reception people were lovely, the public spaces were open, roomy, and so clean, and having a nice coffee machine available 24/7 with actual decaf in there was a novelty for me! Our apartment was just that - an apartment. Sitting area, kitchen and counter space, bedroom and bathroom, all spotless and really spacious. We used the gym as well, which did get a bit busy when 5 people were using it, but everyone was polite and the gym space was again very clean. I also used the free laundry room - after a day out in Birmingham during torrential rain I needed to dry my trainers as they were absolutely soaked through!

Staff were great but despite us being the only table they served (yes.. our seis were the only people earing all night) they STILL messed up 4 dishes that were served. Defrosted fish tasted mushy, linguini was sent back. They need a new chef.

My down points are, could I hell find the T.V remote and I was too tired to get dressed and go down to reception, so it was a quiet night, which wasn't bad. The next morning, keeping an eye on time via the oversized clock on the wall, was actually wrong, not very helpful that. I only stayed one night and had breakfast there too, which was nice, no issues really. All in all, not a bad place indeed. ????
Had a lovely stay here. Close to railway station and venues check in was fast and easy. I was recognised as an Platinum Elite member and got an upgrade as well. Room was great, clean and comfy with all amenities included. Breakfast was also good with many choices. Will stay here again.

..Absolutely zero customer service by being totally ignored by the female bar member with dark hair.. despite me standing at the bar in front of her waiting to be served she looked over me after finishing with her customer and took the order from a tall man behind me????????. I couldn't help but give her a piece of my mind.
Went to the Broadway Edimburgo casino for the first time. We were made welcome and had an excellent meal in their restraint.The gaming area is spacious and there is plenty of seating to have a quiet drink away from the tables if you wish.There are also numerous slots with hundreds of games to choose from.
But all machines were easy to use, clear instructions. The staff were really helpful, and with this being the first time we’d been to Birmingham and stayed in this type of accommodation we had plenty of questions! Genuinely they couldn’t have done more for us. The location was great as well - as others have said, the peace and quiet was there despite being so close to the city centre. Right round the corner from the building and central station, with lots of arcades and food areas nearby. Would absolutely recommend staying here - whatever the weather!
Been a few times now with my friend, actually tried out a different casino and we had a moment of "... Eh, it's not as friendly as the Rainbow though is it..." ????
Have a great time, nice staff and customers, who were happy to explain the rules, will definitely return and do recommend
